As a Project Executive or Project Assistant at MRT Solutions, you will play a key role in the successful execution of projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with project managers, clients, and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. If you have strong organizational skills, a passion for problem‑solving, and a knack for communication, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in developing project timelines, schedules, and work plans. Ensure the efficient execution of projects by coordinating resources and tasks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates.
  • Procurement & Resource Management: Oversee procurement activities and resource allocation, ensuring availability of necessary materials and personnel.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring projects stay on track financially.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management and clients, maintaining accurate and organized records.
  • For assistant role: you will be providing administrative support, assisting with documentation and reporting, coordinating project schedules, assisting with procurement activities, and communicating with clients and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Preferably minimum of 1–3 years of experience in project management or similar roles. Fresh graduates may be considered for assistant roles
