The role:
Oversee daily operations of the Operating Theatre, ensuring optimal staffing, workflow efficiency, and adherence to clinical protocols.
Lead, mentor, and support the OT nursing team to maintain high standards of patient care and surgical safety.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of surgical procedures.
Ensure compliance with infection control standards, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies within the OT environment.
The experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Advanced certifications in specialised nursing areas (Post Basics)
- Additional certifications in nursing leadership or administration are a plus.
