The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

• Lead and manage the M&E design, installation, and commissioning phases of data center projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring clear communication of scope, deadlines, and resources required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise the installation and integration of M&E systems such as HVAC, electrical power, fire suppression, and backup systems in the data center environment.
• Monitor the progress of M&E systems, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost control, and quality.
• Manage and mitigate risks associated with M&E works, including delays, budget overruns, and technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and industry best practices for mission-critical facilities.
• Provide technical expertise and direction on complex M&E issues.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and provide updates to senior management.
• Manage the procurement process for M&E equipment and materials, working with suppliers and vendors to secure the best pricing and delivery timelines.
• Oversee the commissioning and handover of the completed M&E systems to the operations team.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, cost reports, and completion certifications.
• Provide post-project support, ensuring smooth transition and troubleshooting if necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management for M&E systems, ideally within data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety systems, particularly in the context of data centers.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to completion, with an emphasis on M&E systems.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to M&E systems.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering design software.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with BMS and DCIM systems for data centers.
• Familiarity with LEED or similar green building certification processes.
