IM&S R&F Operational Junior Buyer (6 months contract) – Your future position?

As the IM&S R&F Operational Buyer, you will provide high-quality procurement services, ensuring that SLAs and service obligations are met. In this role, you will report to the R&F IM&S Team Lead.

On a daily basis, you can look forward to:

• Create, change, and follow-up on Purchase Orders based on requirements.
• Perform simplified sourcing activities within the threshold limit.
• Manage AP workflow regarding price discrepancies.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Solve problems involving requisitions and purchase orders: check their quality, track the PO, follow up on approvals; create, modify, and monitor POs based on requirements; create and update procurement master data (vendors).
• Oversee the organization of internal processes: document processes and documents, and work in an integrated manner with other areas.
• Support the PSS service area by clarifying supplier and user consultations, coordinating incident resolution, supporting ticket updates, and defining strategies for ongoing training for users and new revenue applicants.
• Contribute to harmonization and communication procedures: identify opportunities for improvement and scale.
• Interact with users in different countries to clarify specifications, address their consumption needs, and resolve issues and complaints from users & vendors.

Your profile:

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Speak, Read & Write). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Open for a 6-month contract position.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP is preferred.
