Job description

Work Flexibility: Field-based

In this role, we are looking for an experienced nurse with operation theatre scrub experience to be a key member of the Commercial team supporting our customers in the Northern Malaysia region. You will be the primary member providing top quality consultative service to our customers before, during and after conventional joint replacement surgeries.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Provide effective technical consultative service to customers before, during and after routine joint replacement cases; driving patient and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure customers comprehend th e technical specifications and usage instructions of Stryker products
  • Attend, scrub in and support routine primary surgical procedures
  • Confidently identify and troubleshoot product-related issues related to customers’ application of products
  • Document incidents regarding product performance issues; input into reports regarding these issues according to Company policies
  • Case prearrangement including instrument & implant kits monitoring
  • Provide inventory management and invoicing support at customer location
  • Assist in the return/addition of products resulting from field service issues, stock adjustments, maintenance and admin duties according to Company procedures
  • Support product training to colleagues and/or customers in both one-on-one and in-service settings
  • Keep updated on product knowledge and professional skills through internal training, external seminars and other sources
Who We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Health Sciences related fields
  • Scrubbing and Operation Theatre case support experience in hospital settings
  • Thie role will be based in Penang, Malaysia
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Possess the motivation and enthusiasm to positively impact patient outcomes using Stryker products
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
