A leading company in the oil and gas sector is seeking a Material Expeditor/Coordinator in Kuching, Sarawak. The role demands substantial experience in material management and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and material tracking systems. This is a critical position requiring interaction with various teams to ensure timely material delivery and optimal project execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in oil and gas.
  • Minimum 5 years offshore experience as material coordinator.
  • Skilled in using SAP P16 for PR requests.

Responsabilités

  • Responsible for project material PR requests in SAP.
  • Ensure material delivery performance to meet KPIs.
  • Liaise with project team and engineers for material control.

Description du poste

Location: Kuching, Sarawak
Malaysian candidates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience as material expeditor, material coordinator or material controller in oil and gas industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of offshore experience as material coordinator.
  • Skilled in SAP system for preparing COG (Consignment of Goods) and able to raise PR using latest version of Sap P16.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, up to level of able to perform the function of pivot table and VLOOKUP.
  • Skilled in any material tracking system, e.g EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
  • Carry out the function of project material PR request in P16 SAP, material control, tracking and stock check at every phase of the project execution.
  • Responsible for material loadout preparation at fabrication yard
  • Liaise with project team, CSR and multi discipline engineers to ensure material delivery performance at various locations to meet target KPI.
