Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
• Diagnose and fix any technical issues in the equipment.
• Assist customers by explaining system functions.
• Offer guidance on product usage and servicing.
• Handle complex repair work at the service center.
• Manage the return of units with overdue payments.
