Job summary

A logistics company located in Keningau, Sabah, is seeking a candidate to oversee daily operations for drivers and sorters. Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Sabah based on state law requirements.
• Willing to work on a rational shift basis depending on business needs.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping would be useful.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguous situations.
• Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment.
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures for in-hub parcel collection.

• Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection
