About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and talented videographer to develop and deliver high quality social media & commercial video content for our customers. The ideal candidate will be a Content Creator with Camera Shooting & Video Editing skillsets.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Research

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to research, identify, and propose trending food, lifestyle, and local activity concepts within the target area.
• Develop innovative video concepts that capture the essence of the experience (e.g., dish presentation, atmosphere, activity excitement).
• Translate approved ideas into compelling, short-form video narratives that align with the brand voice and campaign objectives.

Video Shooting & Editing

• Plan, organize, and execute on-location video shoots, ensuring minimal disruption and efficient capture of key moments.
• Shoot and capture visually stunning video footage with professional attention to detail, maintaining a dynamic and fast-paced visual style.
• Ensure all technical aspects, including lighting, sound, and creative framing, meet high production quality standards suitable for digital display.
• Oversee and maintain all video equipment, ensuring gear is in optimal working condition, organized, and ready for immediate deployment.

Post-Production & Digital Optimization

• Edit raw footage into engaging, polished videos with proficiency in cutting, color grading, sound mixing, and integrating visual effects and graphics.
• Deliver highly engaging, social media-ready content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Optimize video structure and pacing, demonstrating a strong understanding of current music trends, visual hooks, and platform-specific formatting.
• Ensure the final product maintains a professional standard of quality and successfully meets all project objectives and brand requirements.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest trends, features, and algorithms in food/lifestyle video production and editing techniques.

Who You Are:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Photography/Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Proficiency in video editing software, e.g., CapCut.
• Demonstrated ability in producing high-quality footage using professional cameras and mobile devices, including expertise in natural lighting, framing, and basic on-set direction.
• Proven familiarity with short-form storytelling techniques and the ability to deliver content quickly and iterate based on performance data.
• A deep understanding of the viral content structure and aesthetic specific to TikTok and Instagram (Reels).
• Possesses a strong creative eye and visual instinct for appealing food and lifestyle content.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
