Job Purpose

To provide support on technical matters related to Facilities Maintenance or initiatives to be undertaken by Prasarana (Corporate). To manage and deliver the successful services under FM operation and review technical matters to achieve the desired quality and objectives of the corporate operation, programs or developments made. To assist in overseeing the practice of planning, Authority compliance, safety, reliability, availability and maintainability of Corporate Operation and Maintenance to produce the desired performance

Key Accountabilities
  1. Coordinate and liaise between all parties from project working level to supporting divisions on project-related matters and eliminate conflicts between parties involved to maintain good working relationships.
  2. Check and review technical reports for stakeholders under CFAM, project or new development to ensure the technical aspects are properly captured in the report and documentation prior escalation to management.
  3. Coordinate with direct the Vendors, Contractors, Users and Suppliers for site visit and inspection to ensure meet the Employer's Requirements.
  4. Manage and monitor Vendor / Contractor work progress and quality to ensure compliance with approved construction drawings and Technical Specification.
  5. Manage and monitor of project implementation to ensure the project outcome is as planned and achieved the targeted objectives.
  6. Identify suitable approach on any proposal or initiative that able to improve the result of delivering maintenance or administrative scopes to meet company’s cost saving initiative or/and increase efficiency in corporate operation.
  7. Communicate with all parties for permission and access to Corporate Facilities and ensure work can be performed in the safe manner and follow the Employer's policies and procedures.
  8. Develop and maintain effective planning and control mechanisms to support organizational objectives.
  9. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to optimize project planning and execution.
  10. Support Head of CFAM, to any task being assigned, as and when is required.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

Degree/Diploma in any one (1) of the following:

  • Mechanical Engineering;
  • Electrical Engineering;
  • Architecture
  • Civil or Structural Engineering
Years of Experience

- At least Five (5) years of working experience in related field and/or managing assets/projects.

- Some experience in public transport operation and maintenance is preferred.

Technology Knowledge

Knowledge in MS Office and other common office applications.
