  • Able to work independently as well as in a team

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess own transportation
Responsibilities

Able to handle valuation on all types of properties including commercial, residential and industrial properties.

Conduct site inspection and prepare valuation report for retail and corporate sectors

Perform marketing visits to bank panels if required.

Follow up on all outstanding matters in regard to valuation.

Assist the superior on special projects / assignments as and when required.

Ensure the accuracy and quality of valuation reports, complying with professional standards and guidelines.

Assist in conducting market research / survey of properties or locations identified for business opportunities

Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and property market trends.

Prepare and present valuation reports to clients, explaining the methodology and supporting data used in the valuation process.

Assist in business development activities, including participating in client meetings, preparing proposals and identifying opportunities for new valuation projects.
