Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from customers.

Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions.

Identify and resolve customers’ problems and complaints by selecting the best solution.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in any field.

Experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre would be an added advantage.

Able to work on WEEKEND and NIGHT SHIFT.
