• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Create consistent design systems for the Katch ecosystem.
• Work closely with product and engineering to create intuitive experiences.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing.
• Improve user journeys for merchants and users (booking, payments, check-in).
