Job Summary

The TikTok Affiliate Marketer is responsible for driving sales through TikTok Affiliate features by creating, managing, and optimizing affiliate-driven content and campaigns. This role focuses on product promotion via creators, live sessions, short-form videos, and performance tracking to maximize conversions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute TikTok Affiliate campaigns to promote assigned products
  • Upload, manage, and optimize affiliate product links in TikTok
  • Coordinate product seeding and sample distribution to affiliates/creators
Content & Creator Collaboration
  • Identify, recruit, and manage suitable TikTok affiliates and creators
  • Guide creators on content direction, key selling points, and compliance
  • Monitor content quality, posting schedules, and performance
Performance & Optimization
  • Track affiliate sales, commissions, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Optimize affiliate strategies based on data insights and trends
  • Identify high-performing creators and scale winning content
Platform & Compliance
  • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with TikTok policies and brand guidelines
  • Stay updated on TikTok Affiliate features, trends, and algorithm changes
Requirements & Qualifications
