A luxury hotel group is seeking a The Club & Guest Relations Officer based at their Kerry Hotel. Responsibilities include greeting guests, ensuring smooth check-in/out procedures, and handling inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent English, Cantonese, and Putonghua proficiency, and a minimum of 1 year experience in the service industry.
