Qualifications

• Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Experience with farm climate control systems and ventilation systems is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues on site.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to teach technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (domestically and internationally).
• Must be able to communicate in Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Technical Support: Provide expert technical advice to customers before sales, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of our ventilation systems.
• Ventilation Fan Systems Oversight: Take full responsibility for the technical aspects of our ventilation fan systems, including the motor with inverter, ensuring smooth installation and operation.
• Training & Education: Educate customers, dealers, and partners on the correct installation, usage, and maintenance of ventilation systems. This includes hands‑on training and troubleshooting when needed.
• On‑Site Farm Support: Offer on‑site support and technical guidance to modern farms, ensuring optimal performance of our systems, dealing with on‑site quality problems, and completing related reports.
• Environmental Controller Expertise: Learn and troubleshoot environmental controllers used in farm climate control systems, teaching customers how to optimize their usage.
• Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team during the sales process to provide technical insights and ensure customer needs are met.
