Adecco’s client, a leading organisation, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities across the business. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who can partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a seamless hiring experience while supporting employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare offer proposals, support negotiations, and coordinate smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and candidate pipelines.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events as required.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Assist in continuous improvement of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, with exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to liaise with HQ stakeholders based in China.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms/job portals.
  • Exposure to recruitment metrics, reporting, and talent pipeline management is preferred.
  • Experience supporting regional or multinational hiring is an advantage.
