Job description

Support the Source to Pay team with administrative and operational duties in a 12-month Supply Chain Protégé Program at Pfizer in Kuala Lumpur.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and operational support to the manager and department for multiple markets and at regional level.
  • Using software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access to produce correspondence, documents, presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders in other departments and with external contacts.
  • Assisting the Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation.
  • Supporting Supply Chain Operations for different markets.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • A bachelor’s degree in commerce, management, or business subjects.
  • Preferably specialized in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Studies, or Economics.
  • Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated.
  • A team player with good spoken and written English skills.
  • Experience with corporate internships is welcomed.
