Job description

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee our retail operations at Batu 9, Cheras. Join us and be part of our growing team!

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the retail component and parking facilities, ensuring smooth traffic flow and efficient use of space and to assist in the preparation of working and manpower distribution schedule in the form of a timetable to suit retail/ car park needs.
  • Liaise with the property management office, vendors, tenants, contractors and other departments to coordinate efforts, address concerns and support overall mall operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with directions and resolving any parking‑related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure outsourced cleaners and security are properly attired and presentable during duty hours to ensure security is strategically positioned during peak exit and entry hours to quickly disperse any traffic congestion in the car park.
  • Conduct daily inspections and provide checklist reports to superiors on issues that need urgent attention.
  • Ensure prevention measures on car‑park equipment are carried out according to the maintenance schedule.
  • Ensure proper and on‑time submission of daily collection reports from car‑park to the Finance Department.
  • Ensure all collection and system reports are generated and filed, conduct audits on the system and report the findings to the superior and are accounted for future audits.
  • Ensure daily backup on CCTV has been carried out accordingly.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, lighting and safety features of the parking and retail component, promptly addressing and maintaining safety issues.
  • Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of SPM or Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in retail operations, property management, or facilities supervision.
  • Able to work on retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with tenants and service provider.
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to prepare simple operational reports.
