We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our CHAR KUE TIAU OYSTER TABASCO' restaurant in Wakaf Che Yeh, Kelantan. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the business. This is a full-time position and will be based on-site at our Wakaf Che Yeh location.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial reporting
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to the team
  • Actively participate in the hiring, training, and development of restaurant staff
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
