Zalam Corporation Sdn Bhd, a leading construction company, is seeking a dedicated Store Keeper to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Kapar, Selangor, this role will be responsible for the efficient management and organisation of our on-site construction materials and equipment.

What you'll be doing

Receiving, storing, and issuing construction materials, tools, and equipment according to established procedures

Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks

Coordinating the distribution of materials and equipment to construction sites as per project requirements

Identifying and reporting any discrepancies, damaged or missing items

Assisting with the safe and proper storage of materials to minimise wastage and damage

Collaborating with project managers and site supervisors to ensure availability of required resources

Adhering to all health, safety, and quality control protocols

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar materials management role within the construction industry

Strong organisational and inventory management skills with an eye for detail

Ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports

Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and safety protocols

Proficient in using inventory management software and computerised systems
