The ideal candidate will provide dedicated patient service, manage departmental operations, and supervise junior nursing staff. Applicants must have a nursing qualification recognized by the Malaysian Nursing Board and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

  • Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse.
  • Preferable experience in multidiscipline unit and Post Basic certificate.

Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated service with respect to patients’ spiritual and cultural beliefs.
  • Adhere to Patient Safety Goals in compliance with the standards set by the Ministry of Health.
  • Be a fast learner and computer literate.
  • Perform all other duties of a Registered Staff Nurse Practitioner.
  • Manage the department to ensure efficient and effective daily operational activities.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior nurses to ensure a high standard of nursing care is provided.
  • Plan and manage patient care in the department to fulfill and exceed customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Possess Post Basic/Degree/Diploma in Nursing and must be registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse.
  • Preferable candidate with experience in multidiscipline unit and Post Basic certificate.
  • Possess valid latest APC 2024.
  • Willing to be deployed and work on shifts.
