Job description

Senior Supply Strategy & Manufacturing (Integrated Supply Network Planning)

As the Senior Supply Strategy & Manufacturing, you will be the primary architect of our future supply network. You will bridge the gap between long-term commercial ambition and physical manufacturing capability. This is a high-impact strategic role responsible for designing a resilient, cost-effective, and agile E2E supply network that supports business growth. You will drive the "Make vs. Buy" strategies, lead COGS reinvention, and orchestrate capital investment strategies across a complex portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Strategy & Long-Term Capacity Planning
  • Strategic Growth Mapping: Synthesize long-term business forecasts into actionable manufacturing requirements.
  • Network Design: Determine the "where and when" of capacity expansion. Lead the master planning for new site builds, production line extensions, or regional consolidations.
COGS Reinvention & "Make vs. Buy" (Cost Strategy)
  • Productivity Leadership: Architect the roadmap for manufacturing productivity, driving E2E cost optimization across the internal factory network.
  • Competitiveness Benchmarking: Drive a comprehensive program to analyze plant performance, ensuring cost-competitiveness and optimizing the manufacturing footprint to reduce overall COGS.
  • Strategy: Lead rigorous financial evaluations for "Make vs. Buy" decisions, balancing internal scale advantages against the flexibility of External Manufacturing (EM) partners.
Capital Delivery & Investment Strategy
  • Financial Orchestration: Partner with global team to conduct ROI evaluations for major capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
  • External Partner Integration: Oversee the manufacturing strategy for external partnerships, ensuring third-party capabilities align with company quality and cost standards.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 13+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in Supply Chain Strategy, Manufacturing Operations, or Network Design within a large-scale FMCG environment.
  • Strategic Breadth: Understanding of the E2E supply chain and operation.
  • Influencing & Stakeholder Management: Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization and influence C-suite executives and Factory Managers alike.
