As a Sports Advisor (Sales), your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores satisfied. Responsibilities:

1. To Customers

• Welcome customers professionally
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing returns, complaints, checkout, etc.
• Know the features and benefits of Decathlon products to offer suitable recommendations
• Build relationships with customers both in-store and online
• Passionately share sports knowledge and help customers discover new sports
• Encourage loyalty card registration to improve customer information

2. To Decathlon Malaysia

• Understand departmental goals and work with the team to achieve them
• Promote innovation and sports experiences in-store
• Use resources and tools to boost sales
• Arrange store layout according to guidelines
• Ensure high-quality store presentation based on customer satisfaction principles
• Maintain stock accuracy and availability using the replenishment system

3. For Safety of People and Goods

• Enforce safety and security standards
• Follow fire safety and evacuation procedures

4. Development and Skills

• Participate in training and develop skills to become a trainer
