Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex sourcing and contracting projects across multiple categories, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define sourcing strategies, influence demand, and develop sourcing approaches that maximise value.
- Develop selection criteria, manage supplier evaluations, and lead negotiations to secure optimal commercial and contractual outcomes.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and HSSE requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including senior-level interactions.
- Identify value levers and opportunities for cost savings, process efficiencies, and innovation in sourcing.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, representing the team in category discussions and senior stakeholder engagements.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and proactively resolve complex sourcing challenges.
- Ensure adherence to procurement principles, governance, and ethical standards in all sourcing and supplier interactions.
- Generate and analyse sourcing reports and market insights to support decision-making.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Procurement certification preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end sourcing, contract drafting, negotiation, and sourcing strategy.
- Open to work on US working hours from 5pm to 2am.
- Strong category experience in Marketing, Retail Assets, or Convenience Retail (Oil & Gas / industrial sector exposure advantageous).
- Proven ability to lead sourcing projects in complex, international, and multicultural environments.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
- Analytical and strategic thinker, with experience in market and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
- Skilled in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access); experience with Ariba / Salesforce systems is a plus.
