Job summary

A leading telecom solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced professional to deliver telecom software projects and provide operational support. Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering or IT, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications, consulting in areas such as CRM, Billing, and IN. Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of telecom concepts are required for this demanding role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT/Communication and Telecommunication working experience.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in consulting role in CRM/Billing/IN/Call Center/BI/SAP/AAA.
• HCIE/HCIP/HCIA certificate holder is preferable.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Involves in the delivery of telecom software project.
2. Provide 2nd level support and required remote standby for operational support.
3. Support maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting customer complaints, system health check, system backup, voucher creation and etc.
4. Liaison with external parties and vendor to support and manage network for implementation and operational task.
5. Translate business requirement into detail network deliverable.
6. Work closely with Product and Regulatory for new requirements and support.
7. Network nodes includes: IN (OCS, SCP), VAS (SMS, USSD, IVR, IGW), and BSS (API Proxy, MNP, DRMS, Provisioning, Subscription Engine).

Job Requirements

1. Required Degree in Engineering & IT related background or equivalent (HCIE/HCIP/HCIA certificate holder are preferable).
2. Strong understanding in IN, VAS or/and BSS domains.
3. Strong analytical skills and interpersonal relationship building skills.
4. Quick in capturing business & technical requirements.
5. Minimum 3 years in IT/Communication and Telecommunication (CT) working experience.
6. Minimum 3 years working experience in consulting role in CRM/Billing/IN/Call Center/BI/SAP/AAA.
7. Candidate with telecom experience is preferred.
