Job summary

A leading construction firm in Malaysia is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee site activities and ensure adherence to construction specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, reporting progress, and supervising structural and architectural works. Job description

Responsibilities

Regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress of the work and the problem areas encountered especially in respect defective, outstanding or non-confirming works.

Control all relevant project documents and data, prepare reports on progress, site activities and all other related matters.

Ensure project work running according to construction drawing and specification.

To coordinate site work with sub-contractor and ensure project run smoothly.

Attend site meeting, inspect site construction work, and ensure construction schedule are met.

To supervise in the structural & architectural works.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu is an advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil)
• At least 2 years and above working experience in construction field.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Possessed own vehicle to travel when necessary.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Construction site working experience in high rise project is and advantage.
