  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information, solutions, and assistance to customers.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and service level agreements.

***This position is open to Malaysian citizens only***

Please note that this is a short‑term work‑from‑home position. Around March or May 2026 (upon office opening), employees will be required to relocate to the Johor Medini 9 office. For employees willing to relocate, the company will provide additional relocation allowance.
