As a Service Advisor at Benz Auto Service (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor and involves being the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their experience with our company is seamless and exceeds their expectations.

What you'll be doing
  • Greeting and welcoming customers to our service centre, providing a friendly and professional experience
  • Listening to customer concerns and requirements, and accurately diagnosing their vehicle issues
  • Explaining recommended repairs and servicing in a clear and transparent manner, providing cost estimates
  • Scheduling service appointments and keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicle
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and vehicle service history
  • Assisting the service team with any other tasks as required to ensure customer satisfaction
