We are looking for Senior Product Designers to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers to identify opportunities for experience improvement and develop solutions that impact our product value.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and refine user experiences by leading the execution of end‑to‑end user journeys, creating intuitive features and leveraging on usability test results to iterate and refine on ideas.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
• Lead, conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions.
• Translate complex problems and user needs into simple, effective solutions.
• Communicate and present your work by presenting rationales, thought processes to stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment and buy‑ins.
