A leading technology firm in Malaysia is looking for a Sales Manager to identify and expand business opportunities. The role involves developing comprehensive sales strategies and leading a sales team to achieve targets. Identify and explore new business opportunities in both existing and new markets, expanding the customer base and promoting the full range of company products;
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies;
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to enhance team performance and meet sales objectives;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty across various product lines;
Oversee the preparation and presentation of proposals, bids, and quotations tailored to customer specifications, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with project requirements;
Work closely with the engineering and product teams to stay updated on new product developments, technologies, and custom solutions for clients;
Provide regular sales performance reports, market insights, and sales forecasts to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning;
