Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project engineering activities, from concept design to execution and commissioning.
• Oversee multiple CAPEX projects including plant expansions, new line installations, automation, and utilities upgrades.
• Drive project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, SHE, quality) to ensure seamless project integration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team to strengthen technical capabilities and project execution skills.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven expertise in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in an engineering setting.
