Senior Product Planning Executive (Property Development)

As our portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a Senior Product Planning Executive to support our upcoming development projects. This role requires a balance of technical design knowledge, attention to detail, and creativity to ensure that our products are marketable, well-coordinated, and deliver strong value to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings with structural, M&E, and related disciplines to ensure alignment.
• Basic 3D modelling for design study purposes.
• Conduct and compile market information for analysis.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and ensure consistency of design intent across consultant submissions.
• Identify, resolve, or elevate technical and design issues in a timely manner.
• Provide input for value engineering, cost optimisation, and quality improvement through design details.
• Contribute innovative ideas during the conceptual design stage of new projects.
• Ensure overall quality and consistency of design deliverables.
• Undertake other product planning and design tasks as assigned by managers.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
