Senior OTC Specialist (Japanese Speaker)

• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve order discrepancies and issues.
• Monitor and update order status, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and reporting.
• Support customer inquiries and provide resolution in a professional and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure proper invoicing and payment tracking.
• Communicate effectively in Japanese to liaise with Japanese‑speaking stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall OTC workflow.
