Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to oversee bill of material (BOM) management for all products. You will ensure effective communication regarding BOM updates, provide engineering support in production, and manage design developments. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years in a manufacturing plant. Knowledge of automotive components and fabrication processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing plant with a similar role.
• Experienced in BOM creation and maintenance in ERP system.
• Meticulous and able to work under fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for BOM management of all products.
• Communicate BOM changes and updates to relevant parties.
• Support engineering during production.
• Manage new drawings and job process flow.
