A key leadership role responsible for executing sales strategies, managing high‑value client relationships, and leading marketing initiatives to drive property sales. This role involves team supervision, market trend analysis, and campaign optimization to achieve revenue targets. Works closely with the Head, Sales & Marketing to implement business plans, mentor junior managers, and ensure seamless project launches while maintaining brand positioning in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high‑level sales and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee multiple projects launches and market positioning.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, agents, and investors.
  • Lead branding, PR, and digital transformation efforts in marketing.
  • Monitor overall sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with architects, project teams, and branding specialists.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications in Sales/Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Real Estate are a plus.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record in the property development or real estate industry, with experience managing end‑to‑end project marketing and sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in launching residential, commercial, or mixed‑use developments.
  • Strong experience in leading teams and coordinating across departments and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire performance and collaboration.
  • In‑depth market knowledge and analytical skills to guide campaign direction and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, campaign development, and customer engagement.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High adaptability and problem‑solving ability in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to align sales and marketing efforts to revenue targets and return on investment.
