Senior Maintenance & Facilities Engineer (Major in Electrical)

Lead and manage the maintenance team, including machinery, equipment or facilities.

Oversee preventive maintenance activities and review procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Ensure all facilities and machinery operate at maximum performance.

Plan and execute timely maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance equipment lifespan.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in maintenance management.

Provide training, guidance, and support to the team to build skills and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Mechatronics / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

4-7 years of experience managing maintenance or facilities department.

Required technical skills: Strong technical expertise in using diagnostic tools, conducting equipment inspections, and troubleshooting/resolving electrical / electronic and mechanical issues.

Other skills: Technologically savvy, people management, analytical thinking and decision-making, and effective communication skills.

This position requires frequent communication with China suppliers ; therefore, proficiency in spoken Mandarin will be an advantage.
