What you’ll be doing

System Architecture: Independently design complex business logic and scalable microservice architectures using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

Core Development: Write high-quality, efficient code with a strong focus on multithreading, collection frameworks, and design patterns.

High-Concurrency Engineering: Utilize middleware such as Redis, Kafka, and RabbitMQ to handle caching and messaging in high-traffic scenarios.

Database Optimization: Manage MySQL and Oracle databases, implementing SQL optimization and sharding strategies (e.g., Sharding-JDBC).

Performance Tuning: Deep dive into JVM memory models and performance tuning to ensure system stability.

What we’re looking for

Experience: 5+ years of Java development experience, with at least 3 years involving full project lifecycles.

Technical Stack: Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis/Hibernate, and distributed system design.

Problem Solver: Strong independent hands-on ability to solve complex technical issues.
