• Strong experience in producing high-quality documentation (FRS, SRS).
• Familiarity with CRM, Prepaid & Postpaid, Billing systems is a plus.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Produce solution design documents aligning with architecture standards.
