Job summary

A dynamic company located in Selangor is seeking an experienced Senior HR & Admin Executive. In this full-time role, you will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, oversee HR operations such as payroll and employee records, and coordinate employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of HR and administrative experience, a relevant degree, and strong organizational skills. Immediate availability is preferred. Perfect Pentagon Sdn Bhd, a dynamic and rapidly growing company located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is seeking an experienced Senior HR & Admin Executive to join their team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's HR and administrative functions, ensuring seamless operations and supporting the overall growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

Oversee HR operations such as maintaining employee records, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and administering staff benefits.

Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance reviews to support staff development.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations.

Supervise daily office administration, including office supplies, facility maintenance, and equipment management.

Assist with hotel booking arrangements for staff and visitors.

Manage correspondence, maintain filing systems, and prepare HR and administrative reports.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

2–4 years of HR and administrative experience.

Ability to work independently, demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Immediate or short notice availability is an advantage.
