Senior Executive, Warehouse/Logistic cum QA & QC

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse. Maintains quality standards by performing routine incoming, in-process and finished product inspections.

• Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient processes, and maximizing warehouse productivity.
• Maintain stock & inventory records for all raw materials & finished goods.
• Operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
• Organize storage area by floor space; adhere to storage design principles; recommend improvements.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with inventory management system.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing SOP and protocols.
• Ensure production data updated consistently; data accurate and up to date in ERP system.
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
• Review implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
• Communicate with other departments, such as operation management and engineering, to coordinate scheduling for QA testing.
• Work closely with production manager, executive and warehouse dept. to ensure production schedule is met within deadline.
• Work closely with superior in developing and recommending policies to minimize cost and optimize business unit, profitability, warehouse capacity utilization, planning and delivering activities.
• Implement proper 5S housekeeping & warehouse cleanliness; observe and implement all safety regulations and practices.
