The Senior Events Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing field events, trainings, and engagement activities that support business growth and enhance Field Business Owner (FBO) development. This role works closely with the Assistant Field Support Manager to ensure all events are delivered professionally, aligned with business objectives, and effectively support recruitment, retention, and productivity within the field.

Plan, organize, and execute field events, trainings, workshops, recognition ceremonies, and promotional activities in accordance with the master schedule.

Develop event timelines and ensure venues, speakers, and key resources are confirmed in advance of event dates.

Coordinate logistics including venue setup, registration, audio-visual requirements, seating arrangements, and event breakdown.

Manage, safeguard, and maintain training materials, presentation tools, stationery, and event supplies; conduct quarterly inventory consolidation and replenishment.

Support the field support activities, ensuring accurate and timely communication across all approved channels.

Serve as one of the key points of contact for FBOs, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries related to events and activities.

Collaborate with marketing, field support, and operations teams to ensure event readiness and alignment with campaign objectives.

Oversee on-site event operations, resolve issues in real time, and ensure a seamless experience for all participants.

Prepare post-event reports, attendance summaries, and feedback analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Perform ad-hoc duties and support weekend events as required by Management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven experience in event management, coordination, or similar operational roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and support field stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Willingness to travel domestically as required for field activities.

Ethical, dependable, professional, and able to exercise sound judgment and discretion.

Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
