Job description

Manages manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging. Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Team up with planned maintenance teams and maintenance technician groups in Assembly to execute equipment scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensively.
• Manage maintenance cost in sustaining the equipment to its fullest performance.
• Investigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns.
• Manage Mold equipment maintenance systematic including Accessories Control Systematic, activities and personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost. Coordinate overall TPM systematic/activities.
• Manage/drive machine innovative & improvement projects (Perfect Tool Setup) to achieve best equipment efficiency Support for maintenance engineering and ramp up of new technology (package, product, process)
• Executing Planned Maintenance according to BE MNT methodology (Job card, PM Kits, SAP PM).

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent.
• Need minimum 3-5 years of operations/quality/production/engineering experiences in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to build a high performance team who can operate efficiently, effectively, productively and cost effectively.
• Be personally energetic, dynamic, proactive, committed, positive, enthusiastic and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making.
• Statistical data analysis, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly.
