Job Description
Contract Administration
  • Manage incoming contract requests from project execution teams.
  • Prepare, review, and validate contractual documents in alignment with established policies, escalating to Regional Contract Managers when necessary.
  • Create and maintain Accord matters for each contract, ensure proper stamping or legal review, and deliver finalized documentation to relevant teams.
Workflow Management
  • Monitor contract workflows to ensure timely initiation and progression.
  • Maintain clear communication channels and ensure efficient routing of documents.
  • Confirm that vendors have valid governing agreements in place.
  • Support site teams in initiating new agreements or renewing expired ones.
Stakeholder Guidance
  • Advise stakeholders on appropriate contract formats for site services.
  • Assist with contract modifications, including scopes of work, task orders, work orders, and amendments.
Process Improvement & Automation
  • Collaborate on the transition to automated contract review solutions.
  • Provide feedback and performance metrics to enhance system functionality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Construction Management, or related discipline. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years in contract management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Proven experience in large-scale construction or data centre projects.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; experience in people management is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive outcomes on behalf of clients and coordinate with construction and design teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management systems and familiarity with automation tools.
  • Native-level proficiency and Business‑level proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Cost‑X or equivalent cost estimation software.
