Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC experience.
• Experience with Mastercam is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM files.
• Select appropriate tooling, speeds and feeds for different materials.
• Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean, and organized condition.
• Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and other team members to improve processes and efficiency.
