Pico Hub Services Sdn Bhd, part of the Pico Group, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Shared Services Hub in Kuala Lumpur. This full‑time position plays a critical role in supporting regional finance operations and ensuring the seamless execution of day‑to‑day accounting activities.
Assist in managing full sets of accounts – Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable (including closely following up on necessary approvals, preparing and executing payment process), Intercompany billings, Staff Reimbursement, Monthly Closing, performing bank reconciliations, and all other related matters.
Identify opportunities for process & system improvements.
Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of monthly, half‑yearly and yearly group consolidated management reports.
Job function listed is not exhaustive and can include other responsibilities as assigned.
Perform ad‑hoc assignments and support other accounting‑related tasks as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in an accounting role is preferred.
Candidates with 5 years' experience will be considered for a senior level.
Those with less experience are encouraged to apply and may be considered for a junior position.
Ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours to support regions across EMEA and the Americas.
Open to occasional travel as required.
