Job description
Responsibilities

Manage full spectrum of accounting functions, including journal entries and month‑end closing.

Ensure accurate processing of claims, expenses, and payments in compliance with Company policies.

Oversee bank reconciliations, suspense accounts and provision expenses.

Maintain general ledger accuracy and resolve discrepancies proactively.

Assist in audit, tax and statutory matters, liaise with auditors and external parties.

Prepare financial reports and analysis for management.

Support Finance Manager and drive process improvements.

Perform other duties and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the Company.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting or any equivalent professional accounting qualification.

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant working experience. Experience in audit firms is an added advantage.

Pleasant personality and able to communicate and cooperate with others.

Good command in English, both verbal and written.

Detail‑oriented, analytical and able to meet tight deadlines.

Able to work independently, manage priorities and perform under pressure.

Proactive, responsible and results‑driven with strong professional ethics.

Advance proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and accounting systems.

Positive attitude with flexibility to take on additional responsibilities with required.
