A reputable company located in Kedah is seeking an experienced individual to manage the full set of accounts independently. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, implement credit control policies, and liaise with the sales team to optimize collections. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in accounting, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, along with excellent financial analytical skills. This role provides opportunities for professional growth and contribution towards strategic financial decisions.
Able to handle full set of accounts independently with minimum supervision
Ensure the accurate and timely closing of monthly and quarterly account for Beneras Sdn Bhd.
Implement proper Credit control policy to reduce the exposure of bad debt risk and to make sure that AR accounts are reconciled and cleaned at all time.
Monitor AR outstanding and liaise with Sales team to maximize the collection.
Assist and support the Finance Team on technical issues and ad hoc projects.
Make sure that the product costing is properly prepared and accurate for the management decision making.
Plan & monitor group cash flow to ensure that the fund is properly managed.
Maintain a good relationship with bankers in relation to the banking facilities requirements and to maximize banking facilities granted by the banks.
Liaison with external and internal auditor, tax agents and company secretary.
Plan & review companies tax computation to minimize the tax payment.
Provide administrative support for special projects and company activities as required.
