We are currently hiring Scrum Master / Project Manager who is responsible for the Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific automation projects.

Responsibilities

• In line with project delivery framework and methodologies, establishes and drives end to end project ensuring the project delivery is on time, on budget whilst meeting the agreed business value and requirements.
• Leads the project team comprised of local and remote team members to successfully deliver business value.
• Responsible for determining project scope and business requirements, define the project strategy approach, plan and manage the project effectively in line with key stakeholders’ expectations.
• Drives effective communication for all levels of stakeholders, therefore building business confidence throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in work related to software development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in multicultural, international environment (medium to large projects).
• Demonstrated experience in managing automation projects.
• Experience and good knowledge of ITIL and Release Management process.Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban).
