We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Sanyeong Agricultural Solutions Sdn Bhd. This full-time position is based in Alor Setar, Kedah and will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and marketing initiatives.
What you'll be doing

Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's range of agricultural products and solutions

Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, lead generation, and relationship building

Delivering effective sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers

Providing excellent customer service and support to maintain strong client relationships

Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement targeted advertising and promotional campaigns

Monitoring market trends and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably in the agricultural or similar industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing sales
